Beth Rennee

I believe we are all just trying to find our way through - through whatever circumstances, relationships, pain, conflict, confusion or growing we may find ourselves in - and I am confident we can all benefit from a little help as we figure it out. I will empower you, help you find peace and security and discover ways to make sense of your world. I will utilize my training and intuition to partner with clients on their self-led journey, adding perspective and thoughts along the way. 

I love working with parents and children as they grow together and build healthy bonds into their relationships. Using approaches such as Filial, CBT and an experiential family lens, together we will build towards your family goals.

I work with clients utilizing mindfulness, narrative therapy, CBT skills, and relational-focused therapies. I enjoy working with people of all ages, manage new transitions and build resilience and tolerance in the face of life's challenges, depression, anxiety and trauma. 

I specifically know the honor of working with the seasons of Grief and Loss. To move with loss is not just getting through it, though that is a feat in and of itself, but hold that we can learn and love through the process as well. I am trained as an End of Life Doula with INELDA and have extensive experience supporting clients on this journey. 

I enjoy many things when not at work - making meals with my husband, counting bird species (but technically I cannot call myself a birder .....yet) soaking in the sun, and spending time with my family. 

Eric Larson

Eric sees individuals, couples and families that are struggling with a wide range of relationship issues. Eric is trained to address problems related to addiction, adolescent issues, marital difficulties, domestic violence/abuse, grief and loss, parenting difficulties, anger management and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Eric has a special interest in working with athletes struggling with the emotional, mental and physical demands that athletes of all levels encounter.

I believe people need a therapist they can trust and who has the ability to understand their experience. My focus is to help bring awareness to a client through the understanding of influences of the past and their effect on present behavior. My strengths lie in the ability to connect and create a safe and trusting environment in order to work on and through difficult issues to provide a more meaningful and balanced life.

Karen Held

Telehealth Only Provider

Karen is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating adults across the lifespan who are experiencing stress and burnout, anxiety, depression, life transitions including grief and divorce, coparenting and parenting issues, and substance use disorders. Karen also works with adolescents ages 13+ while working collaboratively with parents to build understanding, reconnection, and healthy communication skills in the family unit.

Karen first entered the health field as a massage therapist and this training strongly influenced her therapy philosophy as a psychologist. She learned to look beyond symptoms and diagnoses to help clients optimize health and well-being through awareness, education, and growth. While working with clients, Karen employs a holistic, wellness model which assesses physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social, and vocational health to help clients create meaning and purpose in all areas of their lives.

Using a thoughtful, nonjudgmental style, Karen works collaboratively with clients to develop an individualized treatment plan that is client centered and strength based. Clients are taught creative, practical tools based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Practicing these learned skills and completing assignments between sessions are an integral key to success as a client. Through dedication and consistency, clients will see positive changes in how they think, feel, and act leading to more fulfillment and authenticity in life.

Karen received her doctoral training from Adler University in Chicago, IL. She completed her internship at Park Avenue Center in Minneapolis and her post-doctoral training at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Center City where she gained additional training treating substance use disorders and working with adults in recovery. In her free time, she can be found creating in the kitchen or in her craft room, soaking up the sun in her garden, and spending time with her family. She enjoys reading about spiritual and metaphysical topics and loves to discover new things about the world through art, music, and travel.

Lori Wagner

Lori is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years of clinical experience. Lori earned a Master’s Degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy from The Adler Graduate School and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School.  

After over 20 years as a practicing attorney, Lori realized that she enjoyed the more therapeutic aspects of counseling clients going back to graduate school to become a psychotherapist.   As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, she combines common sense, practical judgment, and life experience from her past career with an innate respect and compassion for her clients and their stories.  Focusing on the whole person, Lori strives to incorporate the present and the past helping clients discover life choices - those that keep them stuck and those that can help move them forward.

Lori enjoys integrating various therapeutic techniques to find the “right fit” for each individual client including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Adlerian Psychotherapy.   She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR ) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ( TF-CBT).

In her free time Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, travel, camping, reading, and binge watching medical and detective dramas.

Hannah Partch

Hannah is a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space for healing. She specializes in helping individuals navigate the impacts of trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, using a compassionate and holistic approach.
With a deep understanding of how trauma affects the mind and body, she works collaboratively with her clients to gently explore their experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths. She tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each person she works with.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is possible for everyone, and that trust, safety, and connection are at the heart of meaningful therapy. Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your journey, Hannah is here to walk alongside you with empathy, respect, and care.
