See What They Have To Say...

I was very pleased with the relationship that I developed with my therapist.  She was very helpful to me while seeing her and will use her again if ever needed.

Very nice place! My husband and I went to The Calli Institute this week and I was so impressed with everything!  The staff at the front desk is very polite and informative and our therapist, Amanda is incredible!  The atmosphere is very different than any other counseling place we have been and it makes a huge difference.  We plan to return weekly!
- Shauna
I am amazed at how well the staff and nurse practitioner work to help me get my meds and appointments met at a proper and efficient time!
- Sam
I have been to a bunch of different therapists, but this place is by far the BEST!  It is so comfortable, it is like being in someone’s home!  The staff is very respectful and my therapist, Nicole, is excellent!  I am so happy I found her!

I have been very happy with my care at Calli and felt very comfortable there.  I haven’t been there in a few months, but plan on scheduling an appointment soon.  Thank you for your exceptional care and great facility.

We would not hesitate to recommend Calli.  My wife and I felt very comfortable from the very first call to Calli Institute.  The environment is warm and our therapist was very kind and professional.

Core Concepts

Person and family centered care is a specific approach to the planning, delivery and evaluation of health care. It is based on a partnership between health care providers, clients and their families. The core concepts that lay the foundation for this type of health care are dignity and respect, education, participation and collaboration.

As providers, we work with our client towards their health goals rather than directing the care process for them.  We encourage and support the involvement of families and loved ones to the extent that each client desires.  We emphasize the role of empowering our clients to be active participants in their care. One of the ways we do this is through education.  Knowledge is power.  The more we understand the better we are able to heal and manage our own health.

Education does not stop with our clients.  We also value the education and training of new mental health clinicians.  We offer clinical practicums and internships to therapy and nursing students at various levels. Another important concept of person and family centered care is the physical environment in which clients receive care.  It is our intention to make you feel as comfortable as possible, which is why we have created a warm, home-like space where clients can relax and embrace their journey toward health and renewal.

Our Core Values

Dignity and Respect:  Each individual is unique and deserves the highest regard and quality services.

Education:  Knowledge is power.  We strive to help you understand what you need to know to take charge of your health.  We are dedicated to training new mental health providers to be excellent clinicians.

Participation and Collaboration:  We are partners in care.  We work within a mutually agreed upon relationship in which each client is an active member of the care team.  We involve each client’s family, loved ones and outside care providers to the extent that each client desires.
