During the past few months, we’ve all done a lot of virtual correspondences yet still felt the pains of isolation.

Why not challenge yourself with some pen and paper and write a note to a person of your choosing. This could be a friend, loved one, or complete stranger.

For instance, send a nice note to a senior living in a nursing home and include a photo of your pet to make that person’s day. When you do something nice for someone. It makes you feel good, too.
